Open House: Wednesday, January 18, 2017, 6:30-8:00 pm
Thank you for your interest in our little blue school. Immaculate Conception School (ICS) is a small, independent Catholic elementary school that strives to grow in knowledge, love of God and service to others. Our school is enriched by the whole-hearted participation of our ICS families in supporting school events and fundraising throughout the year. We are a small school surrounded by a community with a BIG heart.
The school hosts an Open House in the school library in January. At that meeting, application packages will be available. When an application has been processed by the school office, families may be asked to come for an interview. Once the interview process is complete and parish status is verified, those families that we are able to accept will be notified and registration packages will be made available. Parents whose child is not accepted at that time may choose to keep their application on file, should more positions become available.
ICS is governed by the policies of the Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese (CISVA). As such, priority will first be given to students who are members of IC Parish and then other Catholic parishes. However, children of all faiths are welcome to apply to ICS. All children enrolled at ICS must participate in the Religion portion of the curriculum, and attend mass as part of our regular class schedule.
The 2016/2017 tuition fee for one child of an active Immaculate Conception parishioner is $295 per month. More details are provided in the application and registration packages.

“Our two girls have cherished ICS as an inclusive school where each child feels known and appreciated. In a fast paced world, the little blue school is a faith based and nurturing environment where children develop solid academic skills and a moral compass. Our eldest daughter has now transitioned to a private school for her high school years, and has many happy memories of her time at ICS. As a family, we feel thankful for the wonderful community of Immaculate Conception School.” Laura
