ICS Registration Package Instructions
Registration documents are available to be downloaded and completed electronically or by hand. Click here to access the ICS registration documents.

1.     Registration documents are available to be downloaded and completed electronically or by hand.

o    New Student Application – this document contains a letter from the Principal and all of the forms that must be completed by families that are interested in applying to ICS for admissions.

o    Registration Information – this document contains all of the necessary information to assist you in completing the registration forms and instructions with respect to the submission of registration fees, tuition fees and charitable donations.

o    Registration Forms – this document contains all of the forms that must be completed by families registering a child or children at ICS.

2.     The registration documents must be opened using Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher version. To download a FREE copy of Adobe Reader, please click on the following link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

3.     If you are a Mac user, the default viewer for PDF documents in Mac OS X is Preview. Preview will open the following PDF documents for viewing however it will NOT display the fields necessary to complete the forms electronically. Mac users must open these documents using Adobe Reader 7.0 or a higher version.

4.     After opening the documents, select “highlight fields” and use the tab button on your keyboard to easily navigate your way through the various forms.

5.     Completed forms cannot be saved. You must print the forms and submit them to the school. If you want a copy for your own files, please ensure that you print an additional copy for your records.
