Fair Insider’s Guide

Wow! All new stuff this year!

  • Whew, barista in the house! Latte addicts can relax.  (Or is that an oxymoron?)  For the first time the Fair will play host to an espresso bar, with breakfast offerings, from Caffe Umbria. (Thanks to the Lee family in Grade 3! All proceeds benefit the school.)

  • The BC Exotic Bird Society is in residence! Come visit their wonderful (live) birds and have your picture taken with them in their beautiful rainforest photo booth. They are guaranteed to make you smile!

  • Give back to our community: Support Grade 6's outreach by donating a toonie to the Catholic charity Chalice. Chalice has been rated a top charity in international aid and development for five-plus years by MoneySense magazine.  In addition, our school has a personal connection with Chalice through the yearly visits Deacon Ron pays to us to share his stories about working with children and communities supported by Chalice.

Longstanding Favourites:

  • Fabulous pancake breakfast, plus pictures with Santa!

  • Wonderful handmade quilts from our parish quilting group.

  • Get your Christmas shopping done early at our fantastic booths:  Toonie, Wreaths, Baking, Plants, Books! Plus the super items available to bid on at the Silent Auction.

  • Kids love the Games Room, Snack Attack and the Craft Room.
